Digital Temperature Controller for Reptile Terrarium

Pymeter's temperature controller is an essential heating/cooling controller. To operate it, you must set an "ON-Temp" to turn on the heating/cooling and an "OFF-Temp" to turn it off. For heating, the process starts at a low temperature [ON-Temp (1°N, 2°N)] and stops at a high temperature [OFF-Temp (1°F, 2°F)]. Therefore, for heating, you must set 1°N (2°N) lower than 1°F (2°F). In heating mode, 1°N (2°N) is the minimum temperature you allow, and 1°F (2°F) is the maximum temperature.

For cooling, the process starts at a high temperature [ON-Temp (1°N, 2°N)] and stops at a low temperature [OFF-Temp (1°F, 2°F)]. Therefore, for cooling, you must set 1°N (2°N) higher than 1°F (2°F). In cooling mode, 1°N (2°N) is the maximum temperature you allow, and 1°F (2°F) is the minimum temperature.

Every Pymeter controller is calibrated before leaving the factory, ensuring accurate temperature readings. Please do not compare it to common inaccurate thermostats, thermometers, or temperature guns. If you doubt the accuracy of the Pymeter controller, you can calibrate it with an ice-water mixture (32°F when ice is melting) to determine which device is more accurate.

The beeper may sound due to the alarm settings (AL, AH, d7) that you have set, which may not be the right temperature you want. AL is the low-temperature alarm (it sounds when the current temperature is AL or lower), AH is the high-temperature alarm (it sounds when the current temperature is AH or higher), and d7 is the difference alarm (it sounds when the temperature deviation between sensors 1 and 2 exceeds d7). If you do not need the alarm function, please do not change the values of AL, AH, and d7, as the default values usually won't trigger the alarm. You can perform a factory reset by switching the temperature unit from F to C in the settings.

The Pymeter temperature controller offers several key features:
